Service Description
If you are a new patient to our practice, please send us a message with your MCA ID#. Please have a list of your current prescription medications readily available at the time of your appointment. Although we do our best to call precisely at the scheduled time, occasionally appointments run over which causes the provider's calls to be behind schedule. Please call the office at 443-648-5995 if you do not hear from the provider 30 minutes from your appointment time. Cancellation Policy
If you do not receive a call at your scheduled appointment time, please give your provider a grace period of 20 minutes before calling or texting the office, just in case she is running late with prior patient appointments. To cancel or reschedule, please call our office at 443-648-5995 as soon as possible. Should you get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message and we will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you.
