The MMCC states that your condition is qualifying and can be treated by medical cannabis if it is:

3. Can be reasonably expected to improve with the use of medical cannabis.
Qualifying Conditions for Medical Marijuana in Maryland include:
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Severe or persistent Muscle Spasms
Any condition that is severe for which other medical treatments have been ineffective, and if the symptoms can reasonably be expected to be relieved by the use of Medical Cannabis.
