Our experienced Nurse Practitioner will guide the group through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, mindfulness exercises, and interactive discussions tailored to the collective needs of the participants. The session covers a range of topics, including stress management, emotional regulation, and self-discovery, with a focus on promoting balance and harmony in all aspects of life. Our Holistic Mental Health Nurse Practitioner combines their expertise in traditional nursing care with holistic modalities, ensuring a well-rounded and individualized approach to mental health. Cancellation Policy
Please notify our office as soon as possible by email or phone if you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. If you need a same day appointment and there is not a booking available on the website, please call the office for availability at 443-648-5995. Although we do our best to call precisely at the scheduled time, occasionally appointments run over, which causes the provider's calls to be behind schedule. We ask patients to give the provider a 30 minute window of time to call before you call the office to let us know you have not received a call. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will understand that we would also give you the same time and attention if needed.
